They also have a guarantee, which states that if there are any problems with the underwear, such as hygiene issues, they will be fixed. They also have a policy of accepting exchanges within 30 days of purchase, provided the underwear is in the same condition as when it was bought. The cost of returning the underwear by post is the responsibility of the customer.

Returns
Your Boody Guarantee
Due to hygiene reasons we do not accept returns on underwear unless faulty. For all other styles, we accept exchanges within 30 days of purchase, provided the garment has not been worn and is returned in its original condition.
The cost of returning the item(s) by post is at the expense of the customer, unless faulty. If you would like to arrange a return on a faulty item or an exchange, please contact us.
